The Richard H. Novak Foundation is a nonprofit public benefit corporation organized for charitable purposes. The Novak Foundation supports and fosters the arts and culture including through the support of public art and public access to art; supports and promotes access to recreational activities and sports for youth and the underprivileged and disadvantaged, including through the construction of outdoor public recreational facilities; promotes the health and well-being of the community, the prevention of disease and alleviation of poverty and injustice.
